RALLY TRANSACTIONAL SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Transactional SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern Rally Charlotte's Transactional SMS Program. These SMS Terms supplement Rally Charlotte's general Terms of Service and apply only to text messages sent as part of this Transactional SMS Program.

1. Program Description

The Rally Charlotte Transactional SMS Program provides operational text message notifications to participants who voluntarily opt in during registration for Rally Charlotte events and programs.

Messages may include:

  • Phone verification codes

  • Registration confirmations

  • Schedule updates

  • Queue notifications

  • Court-ready notifications

  • Other operational communications related to a participant's registration and participation in a Rally Charlotte event or program

This SMS program is used solely to facilitate participation in Rally Charlotte programs and events. It does not send promotional or marketing messages.

2. User Content

Participation in this SMS program is voluntary.

Users may choose to receive transactional text messages by providing their mobile phone number and separately opting in during the Rally Charlotte registration process.

SMS consent is collected through a dedicated, optional checkbox and is not bundled with any liability waiver, purchase agreement, or other consent.

Opting in to this SMS program does not enroll a user in any other SMS program.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the Rally Charlotte event or program in which you are participating and your interactions with Rally Charlotte.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan.

5. Opting Out

You may opt out of this SMS program at any time by replying:

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive transactional SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again.

7. Eligibility

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent collected for this program are used solely to provide the requested transactional messaging services associated with your Rally Charlotte registration and participation.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected as part of this Transactional SMS Program will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers as necessary to deliver the requested SMS communications.

10. Changes to these terms

Rally Charlotte may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
