January doesn’t have to mean staying in or sipping plain soda water while everyone else has fun.
All month long, Rally is hosting a Spirit-Free Happy Hour, offering thoughtfully crafted zero-proof cocktails, non-alcoholic wines, and N/A beers that feel just as celebratory as their spirited counterparts without the hangover.
Running Monday through Friday from 5–7pm, this happy hour invites guests to unwind, connect, and play,whether you’re coming off the courts, meeting friends after work, or just curious about what a modern, spirit-free drink can be.
A New Way to Happy Hour
The rise of non-alcoholic cocktails isn’t about restriction, it’s about intention. Rally’s Director of Food & Beverage Laura Fusato sees it as an extension of how people are choosing to socialize now.
“We wanted to create drinks that feel just as complex, layered, and satisfying as a traditional cocktail,” says Fusato. “Spirit-free doesn’t mean flavor-free. These drinks are bold, playful, and designed for real happy hour moments.”
Instead of simply removing alcohol from classic cocktails, Rally’s bar team built each drink from the ground up using spices, botanicals, fruit, texture, and temperature to deliver a full sensory experience.
What’s on the Spirit-Free Menu
During happy hour, guests can enjoy $2 off spirit-free cocktails and wine, as well as $1 off N/A beers. These drinks are also available all day at regular pricing.
Standout Free-Spirits Cocktails
Golden Mule: pineapple, mango, and ginger beer for a tropical kick with a little bite
Hearthside Cider: cinnamon, cayenne, apple cider, and lemon with cozy, fireside energy
Hibiscus Heat: floral, citrusy, and gently spicy
Mulled Red – dealcoholized merlot with pomegranate, blood orange, lemon, and soda
Last Call – nitro cold brew, cinnamon, cocoa, vanilla, and egg white
“The espresso martini is always the one guests double-check,” laughs bartender Alex Stutts. “They’ll say, ‘Wait, this won’t just be coffee, right’ And then once they try it, they order a second.”
Zero-Proof Wine & Beer Options
Rally’s menu also includes curated non-alcoholic wines from France and Spain, plus local beer favorites from Resident Culture, making it easy to swap your usual drink without sacrificing the ritual.
